 Giving approvals of EORs for maintenance & repairs of the damaged fleet inventory circulated globally to the depots and their agents to make them cargo & sea worthy;
 Allocating the costs of the EORs for necessary recoveries from consignees for the damages;
 Facilitating Customer Services (CSFC) by responding timely to customers over calls & emails and resolving & negotiating their disputes denying to pay the equipment damage cost of recovery;
 Preparing and providing CSC validated certificates of the containers lying in depots worldwide;
 Arranging surveys for the revalidation of CSC of the old units from the authorized surveyors;
 Coordinating & visiting yards and terminals for surveying damage condition of containers, their repair work process & shifting progress and then prepare & send report to the Principal office;
 Proficient for determining the changings of the Check Digits of the old containers, tracking the exact location and status of those units and contact the responsible to upgrade them accordingly;
 Managing and approving export shipments worldwide after checking trucking, handling & other custom tariffs;
 Recording the CSC details of all equipments in the system via surveyor and stock reports;
 Checking and processing the payments of Statement of Accounts and monthly invoices of the depots and terminals;
 Checking the daily stock and inventory reports of the depots & terminals, verifying with the tracking system, updating in local system & Principal’s softwares and reporting via proper channel;
 Designing and implementing comparative studies of various standard operating procedures in order to detect areas of improvements such as storage rates, tariff detention on export shipments, etc.;
 Collaborating with all the multi-disciplinary teams of the company for effective work; and
 Interacting and coordinating effectively with yards, customers, terminals & suppliers globally
