Factory Management Responsibilities
To manage all factory-related affairs which include HSE, manufacturing, maintenance, manpower, needs, manpower training & development and machineries upgrading
To coordinate with Purchase department from PR to final recieving of Goods
Dealing with Factory Construction / Civil work
To deal with Accounts department for timely payment to vendors
Maintenance and safe custody of all records related to purchases and procurements
Preparation of monthly generation reports related to Generators and Boilers
Laison with all necesary parties (Builders, Supervisors, Clients) to cover all basis and get the job done
Recieving and tranfering of machines and to record proper
To keep regular interaction with the workers, and encourage them to participate in the overall health & safety requirements and process
To review and update quarantine stocks/records in consultation with the QC dept improvements
Comply with applicable regulations and specific instructions.
To manage the maintenance department and implement preventative maintenance in order to ensure proper running of all machines and minimum maintenance downtime
To coordinate with the supply chain and customer service departments on production planning, RM availability and stock control.
Factory Compliance & Audits
Acts as an independent review and evaluation body to ensure that compliance Issues/concerns within the organization are being appropriately evaluated, investigated and resolved
Monitors, and as necessary, coordinates compliance activities of other departments to remain abreast of the status of all compliance activities and to identify trends
Works with the Human Resources Department and others as appropriate to develop an effective compliance training program, including appropriate introductory training for new employees as well as ongoing training for all employees and managers
To Coordinate with all internal Audits of the company
