Responsible for maintenance of Filling machines and Distribution equipment’s, core responsibilities includes.
 Maintainability of 22 filling and packing machines to standard according to manufacturer instructions by executing preventive corrective and CBM maintenance while ensuring the best manufacturing practices and keeping maintenance cost upto defined limits.
 Initiating an overall system of Tetra Pak Maintenance System and maintaining the maintenance execution plan up to defined limits.
 To access and review the spare parts requirement and liaison with Line managers for periodic preventive maintenance.
 Manage the availability and cost control of spares and purchased repair thus by providing a cost effective solution for both Filling and packaging machines.
 Diagnosing all re-occurring machine faults and exercising remedial measures to reduce costly downtimes.
 Handling breakdown conditions by responding accurately and quickly to ensure speedy restoration.
 Preparing and presenting maintenance yearly budget planning and periodic checks for gap analysis.
 Handling Operational Cost Reduction Project to minimize the operational cost of products by reducing wastage and improving mechanical machine efficiency.
 Managing work force for three shifts operation to ensure on-time maintenance and to keep the machine performance KPI’s to the defined limits.
