Work together with Royal Commission team for resolving all type of system and network
Controlling all network operations related to system maintenance, Troubleshooting and configuration in the Core Network for LDI voice traffic REDTone Telecommunications.
Responsible for providing 24x7 first line support.
Proactive Monitoring of alarms and trouble tickets.
Reactive Monitoring of network events as escalated and reported by end users.
Run Diagnostics on network equipment & fault Isolation.
Updating trouble tickets with accurate diagnostic information.
Escalate faults to Second Line Support where necessary with relevant/ needed information updated in tickets.
Responsible for Monitoring Capacity utilization against thresholds.
Responsible for identifying repeat incidents & creating problem records.
Document all network set-ups.
Follow up on open Trouble Tickets for ensuring resolution details are updated.
Achieve customer requirements and presenting appropriately to build trust and Relationship.
Modifications in routing plan as per requirements and scenarios.
Troubleshooting & testing of interconnects.
Dispatch field technicians where on-site activity is required.
Command on Packet tracing and troubleshooting of SS7, H323 and SIP based Traffic.
Implementation of VOIP compression codecs G.711, G.723, G.729.
External coordination with PTCL, different national & international Voice carriers.
