I have four years experience in Community Development/Social Mobilization, Community Trainings, Data Collecting and Report Writing, and also have a sound experience in emergency response, especially in recent flood I have worked in rescue, medical camps, and NFI distribution at Nowshera district, and Charssada under the umbrella of International Catholic migration commission.
• To conduct WASH assessment on targeted area
• To demonstrate the use of WASH specific items which need special knowledge for operation and maintenance, especially when using chemical i.e. water purification tablets, water treatment equipments.
• To conduct participatory approach in promoting good water, sanitation and hygiene practices in targeted area
• To conduct participatory monitoring of water and sanitation facilities usage and maintenance with community
• To inform local authority and health department if there is outbreak in community that requires immediate response
• To document schedule plan, field report and update to Hygiene Promotion Team Leader in timely manner
• Travel daily with your assessment team to pre-identified locations with high concentrations IDPs.
• Visit IDP family’s allocated door to door (i.e. at their homes) with to conduct the IVAP household survey using a PDA.
• Correctly enter all data required from each household showing no partiality.
• Verify the completion of data collection at the end of each household interview.
• Updated collected household data thrice in a weekly basis.
• Follow IRCs security protocol and IVAP standard operational procedures at all times.
• Take direction and complete the tasks assigned to you by your IVAP Supervisor.
• Introducing research projects to community members and other respondents;
• Ensuring informed consent is given by research respondents;
• Collecting quantitative and/or qualitative data using a variety of tools including: structured questionnaires; interview guides; informal conversations and focus group discussions;
• Take detailed notes from interviews and focus group discussions or complete questionnaire forms accurately and with necessary detail;
• Keep field-notes where needed;
• Type up full transcripts from interviews and focus group discussions;
• Contribute to the analyses of data through team discussions;
• Raise school children’s and teacher’s awareness on safe drinking water and latrine use, and motivate them to use hygienic latrines and safe drinking water at the family level.
• Arrange general cleaning campaigns with the support of teachers and Community at school and community level.
• Ensure proper monitoring and record keeping of all activities and prepare monthly/quarterly reports on time and according to specifications.
• Family and School Hygiene Kits distribution in Tehsil Safi Mohmand Agency.
• Keep your line manager informed on any problems / challenges faced at field level during performing the project interventions.
• Post KAP Survey Conduction in Tehasil Safi Mohmand Agency.
• Undertake other duties that may be determined by the Line Manager
• Gather data during need assessments, baseline studies, and periodic study, and help feedback findings to stakeholders.
• Help plan activities to reduce Livelihood related risks.
• Record data on routine activities according to work plan.
• Report all activities on daily, weekly, monthly and quarterly bases along with MOVs.
• Liaise with community (key stakeholders and other sectors and agencies both Govt & Non Govt working locally).
• Ensure effective coordination and integration of Hygiene promotion activities with the delivery of water and sanitation services facilities.
• Ensure community involvement in all level i-e planning, implementation, and monitoring & evaluation.
• Coordinate assessments, plans, and activities with other agencies (governmental and nongovernmental), as necessary. Participate in cluster coordination meeting whenever required.
• Work in close collaboration with and report to the Field Coordinator on a daily basis.
• Develop a complete understanding of the objectives and purpose of data collection and ensure that the correct and intended objectives are duly shared with the respondents.
• Undertake community assessments and household listing in the communities identified, as directed.
• Compare and discuss the results of the interviews other Community Surveyors, particularly to discuss ways to improve the survey implementation. In the event of identification of such improvement aspects, the Technical Experts must be informed immediately, through the defined method.

• Design, plan and implement advocacy strategies and campaigns for District Governance Group (DGGs)
• Prepare quarterly advocacy plans in coordination with STAFP staff and share it with the organization, FAFEN and TAF regularly
• Build capacity of local STAEP staff, Constituency Relation Groups (CRGs) and District Governance Group (DGGs) by providing technical support on advocacy related topics, specially on initiating advocacy campaigns at constituency level
• Facilitate the process of lobbying for policy making/change
• Liaise and facilitate various stakeholders such as development sector donors, NGOs, private sector, research organizations and academic institutions to mobilize their support for sustainable development initiatives
• Access and analyze performance of political parties at district and provincial level in close coordination with FAFEN
• Traveling on daily basis with assessment team to pre-identified locations of Off-Camp IDPs in district Peshawar.
• Visiting door to door Off-Camp IDP families to conduct the Need Assessment survey of Off-Camp household.
• Correctly entering all data required from each household showing no partiality
• To verify the completion of data collection at the end of each household interview
• To conducted oneself with respect in all work with Oxfam, treating all persons (particularly Off-Camp IDPs and other team members) with dignity and professionalism
• Taking direction and complete the tasks assigned by Team Supervisor
• Uploading collected household data daily
• Community Mobilization, assessing gender disaggregated community needs and orientation about the project in the field.
• Community Organization and committee formation (with signing of MOUS,TOPS)

• Close coordination with field engineers for site selection and with logistics for material supply the site.
• Close coordination with beneficiaries for WASH, cash for work, provision of agriculture inputs of the project.
• Maintains gender disaggregated beneficiary record and work tracking sheet with assistance from other staff.
• Prepares weekly progress report of the UC to feed the Team Leader in the area.
