As a Quantity Surveyor, Pre & Post Contract and use the FIDIC clause parathion of project estimation, including bill of quantities; preparation of interim payments and final payment; documentation and claiming & checking of variations Orders; Initiation, Building, Road/footpath paving, soft landscape/irrigation/underground utilities, Highways, infrastructure, Culverts Bridge and negotiation of claims are the major aspects of my job description.
I also have excellent experience in Land Surveyor & MS Office 2010 skills and good basic knowledge of AutoCAD and Primavera P-06.

Senior Quantity Surveyor
Preparation of Estimated Progress Payments.
Preparation of bill of quantities (BOQ). Checking of site inspection reports for various works as per approved construction drawings and site verification works executed by the contractor. Check the rate analysis for variation orders which contractor submits. Follow the SOP of NLC and apply to Sub Contractors CA & Sublet work. Submit IPC’s, Escalation, Bill at Completion base on As-Built Drawings and get approvals from Consultant and Client.
Preparation of Monthly Progress Reports Amount wise. Preparations scrutinizing certifying and processing of contractor running Bills as per work done. This involves verification of contractor bills with the applicable terms and conditions. Preparation of final jobs close out report and analyzing with theoretical quantities verses actual quantities and preparation of as built drawings. Communicate with Clint and contractors solve problems related project quantity and VO’s. Update performance and financial status of all contracts as and when required.
Quantity Surveyor
Responsible for all review/checking all contractual related claims from contractor. Generate reports on monthly Value of work done based on actual physical progress at site.
Compare planned value of work done with actual progress.
Review variation and addition requests to existing contracts and take necessary action in line with company policies.
Understand the project contracts requirements and ensure compliance to agreed terms in line with established guidelines.
Update performance and financial status of all contracts as and when required.
Maintain records of invoices, variations/claims, EOT, bank guarantees, insurances, project close out and any other contractual issues and track key milestones.
Reviewing contractual letters and correspondences and provide assistance to the Project Manager as required.
Provide inputs on adjustments of prime cost and provisional sums as and when required.
Generate timely and accurate monthly projects progress and financial reports.
Ensure that the quality, health, safety and environment related requirements as applicable to performing the role are met at all times.
Quantity Surveyor
Take of quantities of area (civil works from drawings)
Checking of site inspection reports for various works as per approved construction drawings and site verification works executed by the contractor.
Following HDM Vol-I, II, III 2010 Specification & knowledge of Clause standard documents for building and Civil Engineering Works
Preparations scrutinizing certifying and processing of contractor running and final account bills
Preparation of final jobs close out report and analyzing with theoretical quantities verses actual quantities and preparation of as built drawings.
Assist the client in drawing up list of contractors.
Doing all work related Quantity Surveyor
Checking Variations Orders, Rate Analysis, as built Drawings
Checking all Quantity from Auto Cad or Shop Drawings & Construction Drawings
Monthly and daily Progress report.
Checking the all surveyor work control points coordinates traversing OGL, EGL
Check the all Dimensions as per Drawings
Coordinate with RE and Client Engineers & Contractor.
