• Prepare official letters like employment contract, termination, confirmation, probation extension, promotion, salary increment and disciplinary action letter etc. implement and administer performance management process as per company policies and timelines.
• Prepare monthly HR reports as requested by the management.
• Handling the issues of attendance like networking, door access, finger prints, attendance logs and database of registered employees etc
• Prepare monthly fluctuation report containing additions, deletions, promotions, increments & other changes and send to finance department to incorporate in Payroll and process their salaries accordingly.
• Recruiting staff - this includes developing job descriptions and person specifications, checking application forms, shortlisting, interviewing and selecting candidates.
• Employee benefits - This include issuance of PSO cards, handling of monthly limits, revision of old balance, bifurcation, maintenance of excel sheets.
• Dealing with grievances and implementing disciplinary procedures.
• Assist in day to day HR routine work.
• Any other assignment given by Manager HR / GM HR
