Remained associated for 4 years with International Islamic University, Islamabad. Demonstrated experience of conceiving concepts from the field realities based on data analysis and secondary sources. Extensive experience of working (especially in terms of communication and reporting) with reputed institutional donors like DFID (UKaid), UNICEF, UNHCR, WFP, UNHABITAT, EC, CIDA, SIDA, etc. Possess invaluable experience of volunteering with IR’s National Emergency & Disaster Response Teams during IDP Crisis of 2009 (Swat, Bunir, & Mardan) & Chitral Earthquake 2015.

Director PSSP School
Government of the Punjab through Board of Directors (BoD) of PEF initiated and approved Public School Support Program (PSSP) to improve quality of education in low performing public schools. This evolved into Punjab Education Initiatives Management Authority (PEIMA) established under Punjab Education Initiatives Management Authority (PEIMA) Act 2018. This program aims to provide free of cost quality education in existing public schools through involvement of private sector.
The objectives of PSSP are:
- To increase enrollment in low performing Public Sector Schools
- To improve quality of education
- To provide conducive teaching and learning facilities
- To ensure enrollment of Out of School Children (OOS)
