• Joined back Transdata International as Customer Support Representative and worked there for more than 3 years on multiple projects in Customer Support.

During my tenure in Transdata I have worked on different type of Live chat application and CRM’s

·         Worked in MindBridge BPO as a Customer Support Representative on a project which deals with cancellation and refund of different kind of memberships.

·         Worked in Trans Data International on different projects as CSR for a probation of 3 months and my job responsibilities include:

1.       Customer Support.

2.       Placing their Order over the call.

3.       Forwarding their queries to higher management.

4.       Creating call logs.

5.       Generating Reports for cancellation and refund.

·         Also worked as SQA Engineer on Private Projects.

·         Conn3ctions.

          The Conn3ction is a social collaboration and communication app which melds together features from such websites as Facebook, Twitter and LinkedIn.

·         CheckM8tes.

Checkm8tes is a website/mobile application that utilizes a proprietary background check algorithm in order to validate that a person who is a subscriber to the site is who they represent themselves to be. The goal of Checkm8tes is safe dating.

·         From 2012-2014 May, I worked in Pearl Continental Hotel Lahore as Reservation Supervisor.

·         From 2009-2012 started my own business which was a mobile shop where I worked on almost all type of mobile phones Hardware & Software.

·         From 2006-2009 worked at Windmills Hotel & Restaurant, a well-known hotel in Gulberg-III, as a IT Manager/Front Office Manager, here I was promoted to Manager Operation, i was shifted to their new project named Marryinn Hotel & Banquet as Manager Operation where I worked till 2009.

• From 2001-2006 I started my own business which was an Internet Café & Mobile Shop.

·         From 1999-2001 worked as Hardware Engineer in a shop of Hafeez Centre named Nasa Computers.
