Prepare Sale & CM Analysis Reports that show business performance as Unit wise, Region-wise, Customer Wise, Product category wise, AMM, and Sale officer wise.
Perform Production Performance Analysis that helps to analyze machine capacity utilization, machine speed comparisons, process-wise waste trend.
Evaluate major cost element like production repair & maintenance analysis, Control on production supplies, Packing expenses analysis, Freight analysis
To control Working Capital, prepare working capital cost AFA, Analyze and act on receivables, and monitor Raw material aging.

Review daily, weekly and monthly variances; analyze and investigate
Ensure data accuracy with regular checks; follow up with stakeholders to ensure the correction of errors.
Execute Costing Runs and share outputs with key stakeholders.
Calculate product costing for Innovation & Renovation.
Provide assistance in various Dynamic Forecast (DF) activities.
Active participation in Annual Cost Estimate (ACE), Revision, and Replacement Cost calculations as required.
