• Planning, implementation, and management of the project.

Establishing and strengthening IM mechanism for programmatic learning and improvement in a timely fashion;
Strengthening accountability via adequate information flow in the PINSER2 project;

Successfully implemented the Nutrition Information Management System (NIMS) in all 23 districts of Sindh.
