I began working here as part of the technical program team, as a Program Officer overseeing MCHIP's
maternal health capacity building intervention. Seeing my performance and effective work, I was
promoted to Senior Program Officer in 2016. My responsibilities here include training healthcare
professionals from rural Sindh on maternal health modules approved by WHO.
Thus far, I have trained more than fifteen hundred healthcare professionals on these modules, along with
helping various government organizations in developing their training curricula.
Besides this, my work also includes site assessment and strengthening of training institutions,
development of work plan according to assessment report for these training institutes, organizing and
management of training-of-trainers and leading trickle down training in various districts of Sindh. I am
also responsible to develop and maintain training plans and calendars for various modules.
All these responsibility have been undertaken by me with utmost care and diligence.
