1- Assisting the EOC Provincial Coordinator in managing internal communications for the EOC and provide additional support of documentation of Communications and Social Mobilization activities.

2- Assist EOC Coordinator in daily activities, such as planning and arranging meetings, keeping track of all meetings and conference calls, update schedules and calendars to ensure smooth operation of the EOC activities
3- Support the EOC in internal communications as drafting emails, official letters and memos
4- Support the EOC coordinator in drafting PowerPoint presentations, report writing and other documentation of lessons learn/case studies.
5- Prepare minutes of meetings for weekly coordination meetings, vaccine management committee meeting, provincial review meetings, high risk group meeting, weekly cross border meetings, switch committee meetings and provincial scholar task force. Also supporting in documentation of other meetings held from time to time.
6- Maintain close coordination with DPCRs by sending key information received from NEOC, and the letters/memos/information to be sent to district.
