Update frequency for each electrical maintenance task for optimal plant operation.
Provide technical support and follow up of major and highly specialized maintenance jobs.
Ensure the implementation of daily,weekly,monthly inspection checklists of respective areas
Daily follow up of scheduled work orders and update the post work inspection status.
Inspection and verification of assigned work for ensuring accuracy by using the right technique
Investigation of machine break down by using 5 whys analysis.
To coordinate with store purchase and other departments for scheduled maintenance and ensure procurement of spare parts and their timely availability.
To handle and repairing of AC DC Drives
Working on Temperature Controller
Working on pneumatic valves
Working on electric control panels
Working on weaghing scale
Fault finding maintenance on plc and inverter based machines
Maintenance of printing machine
Repairing of ups and stabilizer
Working of electric panels
