 Develops a production schedule detailing all tasks and when they should be completed by to meet predicted completion date

 Manages overall supply chain operations, including procurement and inventory of raw materials, vendors management and logistics.

 Schedule and direct Production Planning Meetings and track production performance to schedule


 Leading the team of Floor managers, incharges and workers of Production floor ,planning team Quality and supply chain team.

 Responsible to maintain smooth Production Process from Order Plan to Product dispatch

 Produce and manage accurate records of the Production and organise the creation of a Production Bible for each production batch or lot.

 Researching and Costing Relavent elements of productions

 Developed and implemented KPIs for Shift Incharges , machine operaters

 Forecasting and plan Production plan in co-ordination with sales team.

 Responsiple to Introduce & Implement and give awearness to staff regarding TPM, 5s, 7Q tools in department.

 Ensuring that staff at all time adhere to site safety procedures , Quality and HSE and changed the mindset of staff regarding safety and HSE by continues training plans on it.

 Responsiple to make complete reports on Wastages , WIP and Inventory

 Preparation of paperwork for technical, production and Health & Safety meetings.

 Making most efficient utilization of the available sources for production and Implement cost reduction initiatives while maintaining high quality standards.

 Reporting to Production Manager , Plant Manager
 Responsible to maintain smooth Production Process from Production Process line to Product dispatch

 Working in partnership with a team of shift engineers, supervisors and operators, achieved significant improvements in productivity.

 Investigate problems, analyze root causes and derive resolutions.

 Forecasting the requirements of the production in order to achieve the production targets

 TPM (Total Productive Maintainence) co-ordinator of my department and also responsible for managing its activities and its training sessions on production floor

 Responsible for Implementation of 5S and Kaizens,7Q Tools

 Succesfully implementing and sustaining over 70+ kaizens in my department.

 Making most efficient utilization of the available sources for production and Implement cost reduction initiatives while maintaining high quality standards.

 Organising the repair and routine maintenance of production equipment

 Building team spirit among the workers and also motivating by means of personal involvement. This task of motivation can also be achieved by designing and implementing suitable financial incentoive schemes

 Improving the productivity level of the workers on continuous basis by workmen’s training and by bringing into use the standards of the performance derived from workmeasurement study etc.

 Responsible to communicate to vendors of machines under mine to discuss technical issues in order to increase machine efficiency along with my technical team.

 Take part in the logistics planning and or contracting for raw materials, WIP and finished product

 Generating reports to sustain operation needs on facts and figures, preparing daily production and waste reports in addition to striving toward continuous improvement in process.

In addition to my responsibilities at TPF Plant-3 also responsible to :
 Planning,organizing and directing all the aspects of the day to day production activities to ensure that daily production are achieved.

 Developing/instituting plans for efficient use of materials, machines and personnel growth. Reviewing production costs/quality, modifying production/procurement control programs, for profitable plant operation

 Handling Process and plant optimization work, ascertaining scheduling for adequate shift coverage is maintained and issuing job orders and targets for each shift.

 During working as project engineer working with Brukner Team in installation and erection of BOPP Film line.

 Working with ATLAS TITAN team in installation and erection of ATLAS TITAN Slitting Equipment CW 1040 ( 8.7m) and CW3600 (3.6m) Slitting machines.

 Working with BONFANTI-THE INTEGRATED HANDLING SOLUTIONS team in installation and erection of automatic cranes (RP-2, RP-7 & RP 9 ) and auto conveyor systems

 There were 8 machines under mine and I am responsible to manage / maintain operation on these with proper plannings to run these machines smoothly to give maximum production with minimum lose of time and material

 Responsible to co-ordinate with technical department in troubleshooting, utility section, regarding availability of utilities and not to start the plant unless makes sure that all required utilities are working.

 Co-ordinate with Production Manager, Plant manager about Production and related Issues

 Responsible to Organize materials and labor according to the daily production plan. Manage the day to day operations on the process floor

 Responsible to manage & plan all defected/rejected material to reuse with other different job and try to reduce wasage at minimum

 Responsible to give best quality and defectless production with minimum wastage

 Having ability to tracing out faults in machines regarding electronic and electrical section

 Assist in preparation of periodic reports on departmental performance.
