In different seasons made large & beautiful displays to attract more customers.
Preparations for Hygiene & Food Safety Audits (internal & external).
Managing on-job staff training and cross training.
Managing Quality, Service, and Cleanliness standards of Carrefour International.
Assign Targets to the staff. (sales, opening & closing duties etc.)
Report the attendance of employee to the HR on weekly basis
