Actively involved in all activities related to Sites Monitoring Operations & Maintenance including
Power Alarms:
AC Mains Failure, Genset Running, Low Voltage, Battery High Temp, DC Load Fuse, etc.
 Monitor and Coordinate with PM team and their Activities related to Power Plant, Diesel Generator, PMU (Power Management Unit), Fire Alarm System, Battery Bank, Air Conditioners, Shelters, Servo Stabilizers, Tower /Mast / Pole, Earth Pits, Other Electrical Elements
 Monitor and coordinate with CM Team and their Activities.
 Actively involved in all activities related to on-site data collection and reporting.
 Responsible for cooling site alarms, Monitoring DG faults, and emergency refueling.
 Coordinate and work closely with the Mobilink Operation Center.
 Providing necessary assistance to Team Leader on site.
 Responsible for completing the reports correct, accurate, and timely manner.
Update Regional Sites Faults List on a daily basis.

but not limited to alarms  Monitoring faults troubleshooting and rectifications, preventive maintenance interventions, etc

 Monitor and maintain solar panels and associated equipment like inverters, batteries, controllers, etc. to

maximize system efficiency and uptime. Perform routine inspections and necessary repairs or replacements.
 Conduct regular maintenance on solar panels like cleaning, alignment adjustments, wiring checks, etc.
Coordinate lift equipment to service panels at heights.
 Troubleshoot issues with solar power systems and perform repairs to fix any problems. Diagnose and attend
to electrical or mechanical faults and failures in the system.
 Ensure strong health and safety practices are followed when working on solar power systems. Erect barriers
and signage and wear protective gear like harnesses, eyewear and insulated gloves.
 Develop and manage maintenance schedules to plan service visits. Place orders for any required spare
parts and equipment to avoid downtime. Organize and store spares in a proper manner.
 Provide guidance and training to new solar technicians. Develop maintenance manuals and documentation
for the solar power system.
 Liaise with clients and managers to schedule maintenance around energy demand and availability. Promptly
report any major downtime or performance issues.
 Stay up to date with advances in solar power technology, installation methods, and safety standards.
Undertake professional development courses and training.
 May supervise teams of technicians and subcontractors during bigger jobs like system upgrades or panel
installations. Delegate work and ensure required standards are met.
 Be on call to attend to emergency maintenance needs in case of critical system failures to minimize
downtime. Respond quickly to calls at any time.
 Keep detailed logs and records of all maintenance, repairs, replacements, and performance data for the
solar power system. Provide reports to managers and clients as required.
 Other general duties to properly operate and maintain a functioning solar energy system.
