As a principle I am responsible to manage all sorts of activities from classes to teachers etc..
I am also responsible to select place for institution whether on rental or other basis. I also liaison with community and administration regarding the running of institution.
I also do communicate with the community through meetings to share the progress of the students can get their opinion regarding the trades.
I also do selection of teachers for different trades...
Sharing progress report with the concern quarter at headquarter base

to be responsible of field implementation of grants in one tehsil of the district or for area assigned to him by DADO/DDDO;
SFS reports to DADO/DDDO administratively and for all programmatic issues;
SFS visits the grants frequently during the implementation cycle of the grants, communicates feed back to the DDDO, DADO or FE from the field;
Reports on material supplied to the sites or demanded by the POCs and keep record of the material supplied and utilized;
Disseminates messages and information between the field team and communities in the villages;
Facilitate field visits of the staff to the grants and communities in his area of jurisdiction;
Assign field monitoring and quality control duties to the Field Supervisors and monitor their work;
Generate field visit reports and collect data for village profiles;
Reports up on security issues from the field;
Perform any other task assigned to him by his supervisors.
Arrange a community meeting to explain the scope of work for the approved project.
Together with FE, take successful service provided to the site and provide him the layout of the activity.
Train FS in completion of GRN.
Conduct at least once a week visit to grant project site, and at grant project site review the Log Book of Field Supervisor and inquire from Field Supervisor about any problems with supplies or contractor, and inquire if any community issues.
Conduct at least once in a month POC meeting to apprise the POC of grant implementation progress, prepare the POC meeting report, and submit POC meeting report to DADO.
Informs DADO of project completion.

Conducting community awareness sessions.
Build community peace committees in villages.
Train the youth about peace.
