Moreover, five years of my academic duration helped me to polish my skills such as;
- Learned to become conscientious by having to meet deadlines for a number of assignments.
- Stretched myself a notch up by working hard in achieving the targets by having five years of business education and always maintaining the passion to grow and willingness to learn.
- Enhanced my team work and interpersonal skills by working with different teams every semester.
- Burnished my Microsoft Office skills by working on copious number of term reports and excel files, esp. in finance electives.
Now I am seeking to pursue my career with an organization in Human Resource where I could capitalize the knowledge I have garnered through these five years, along with learning and moving up the corporate ladder.”

Final Year Project
The project at Continental Biscuit Limited has broader scope which requires interaction with each department and every member of organization including Middle level and operational level (management and non- management) employees. This project was covered in two phases, firstly at Head office and secondly at factory. The objectives of the project were;
1) Designed or updated the Job Descriptions of all departments of the head office as well as
factory
2) Provided training to the technicians who were applying at Mondelez in Bahrain
3) Assisted HR department in different tasks
Intern
The whole time period of internship gave me an opportunity to get enough knowledge of the general procedures following by any bank such as;
- Account opening and payment system
- Clearing procedure, collection of taxes (FBR)
- An understanding of remittances; Demand Draft, Money Order
So the internship at Bank Alflah Limited provided me the diversified learning through rotation into the different departments account opening, remittance, administration, Foreign exchange and clearance.
