Deliver excellent support to the Project Managers to develop systematic and realistic monitoring plans that capture quantitative and qualitative data to report on project performance indicators. Design PM&E focal point tasks, undertake an assessment to take stock and document lessons learnt in all areas of organization’s life, and deliver information and feedback to relevant stakeholders. Organize annual learning events and promote cross-learning with area programs and partners to combine emergence of company’s best practices on themes and share best practices with Area Program and partner staff.
• Identified “centers of excellence” across the organization, as well as documented and shared lessons and good practices with broader organization through WELTHUNGERHILFE Intranet to promote decentralized knowledge centers.
• Successfully established and executed PM&E system at project/program level to assess validity of monitoring and evaluation data by revising activities, monitoring forms/databases, and reporting aggregate level statistics.

Designed software database for data entry and analysis, upheld distribution and contact lists, and distributed documents to the project stakeholders.
• Functioned in close collaboration with project staff to assess community needs with special reference to gender, child rights, and marginalized children, and contribute in doing rapid and comprehensive assessment through RAs.
• Administered all internal evaluation activities and facilitated and troubleshoot implementation of M&E system, revised minimum documentation for all the project, and delivered feedback to assure alignment to minimum standards.

• Identified training needs and liaised with country program managers to train partners in nutrition interventions, collect data from the field sites, and report nutrition activities on a timely basis.
