Update all records of Pak Qatar Life Insurance and Jubilee Health Insurance according to forms and documentation received, coordinate with accordingly: (Addition, Deletion, Changes, Transfer)
Verify Pak-Qatar and Jubilee Health Insurance quarterly billing (as per final rate list); coordinate with the Finance department for timely payments
Update and maintain employee information and generate payment vouchers on the EOBI system
Prepare the PESSI sheet for uploading on the portal and coordinate with PESSI regarding payment issuance
Prepare all full and final settlements and check meal activation, advance payments, leave balance, PF payments, and tax deduction while preparing full and final settlements
Prepare monthly data bank and KPI report
Oversee end-to-end recruitment process of IHHN including making advertisements, screening & shortlisting, and scheduling interviews
Prepare and maintain resume/CV database of all positions in soft and hard form
Conduct new employee’s orientation like creating Oracle HMIS ID, enrolment in attendance machine, briefing about company code of conduct
Complete onboarding process including preparing personnel file, offer/appointment, contract letter
Resolve employee issues regarding HMIS software
Facilitate in-house training programs for the effectiveness of the employees
Act as the first point of contact for employee relations issues and grievances; support resolution of employee relations issues and conduct investigations as necessary
Organize and maintain grievance files, and other compiled records regarding complaints of sexual harassment and other discriminatory practices
