Managing and implementing PMNHP in Sindh. Coordinating, maintaining relations and communicating and sharing strategic policies with stake-holders (District Administrations, Political leaderships of the districts including Governor House-Sindh, Public and Private Providers, internal divisions in the organization and Project management Units, PMNHP also maintaining good flow of communication with partner agencies and stakeholders.

Facilitate and dialogue with Private and local body representatives for effective implementation of Social Health Protection Scheme in the districts.

Manager – Health Insurance (Project) 2012- to April, 2017
Performing the following tasks:

 Managing and implementing the PMNHP in five districts of Sindh.

 Elaborate the project design, work-plan, implementation plan and budget.

 Coordinate and oversee the implementation of activities to ensure timely and cost-efficient delivery of outputs.

 Monitor progress of the project activities by reviewing, verifying and analyzing work-plans, progress reports, final reports and other data for clarity, consistency and completeness.

 Visit project sites and discuss with implementing project partners and participants in project activities and make recommendations for remedial action.

 Prepare periodic reports on the status of the project activities.

 Maintain close coordination with stake holders and keep them fully informed of the project activities.

 Identify consultants and project personnel and prepare terms of references (TORs) for hiring of services of consultants, prepare RFP documents for hiring of NGOs and Call Center services, procurement of supplies and printing of health cards and promotional material. Participate as member of core team for preparation of Proposal against Expression of Interest (EoI) and RFP for PMNHP and SSP Phase I & II consisting of Technical approach and methodology
