Operation Officer Job Duties and Responsibilities
Oversee and direct daily administrative processes and procedures
Assist CEO in daily tasks and duties
Ensure company policies align with and advance objectives
Analyze and maintain operational data
Develop improved programs functionality that increases profits
Communicate with management teams to confirm execution of organization
processes
Train and monitor staff in procedures and supervise their daily work
Implement improved operational measures and policies that promotes efficiency
Contribute to innovation of new projects
Track and maintain financial report and budgets of operational costs
Maintain positive relationships with staff, beneficiaries and stakeholder
Develop and implement human resources practices
Develop monthly/quarterly and yearly plan and progress report of all projects.
Develop proposal and marketing plan
I have been working in my own travel and tour company Aglow travel and tour Islamabad . I started organizing tours from the beginning of 2017 and till now my company has organized 15 tours and a project with Ministry of Tourism Gilgit Baltistan.
Now i am looking to work with a national and international travel and tour company which will enhance ,polish my skills in this field.
