Polling attendance regular basis in Hanvon software.(Limton Innovative System)
Monitoring overall attendance of Management & General workers.
Record daily basis of new induction into (TIS software).
Maintain & implement of late, early, absent, short leave, transfer, termination, complaint etc.
Upgrading of new / old staff data time to time.
Coordinate with payroll department during salaries disbursement.
Monitoring manual entries into payroll
Data Entry:Employee’s appointmentform, attendance, overtime,movement status, company card issue, half day & full day, final settlement, IDN.
Format:Make different types of Format in MS Office.
Forms:Check Medical,Loan,Fuel, EFU,Store Requisitions, Purchase order.
Bills:Water tanker, Milk, Newspaper, Dispatch, Security, Photocopier.
Relationship Management:Backup of HR & Admin work & any other work assigned by Directors
reporting to Manager HR & Admin.
Visit:Visit for check discipline, cleaning & others related work to Admin.
