School & Community WASH/FSL projects. Plan & monitor construction related activities in the assigned sites. Implement and monitor day-to day activities according to BOQs and drawings in collaboration with the skilled and unskilled labour. Prepare regular reports on the progress of construction for the assigned sites. Ensure the quality and quantity of material at field as per BOQs and according to way bills. Ensure work completion as per work plan and schedules Resolve the conflicts on construction site. Closely work with hygiene promotion, FSL & Nutrition teams and support team. Preserving and maintaining the documentation associated with the applicable of QC documentation in all the tasks of the project.

Recommend and implementation of appropriate corrective action for quality issues, in coordination with program management, engineering, purchasing and construction management.

Attend weekly, monthly meetings for quality and safety improvement with senior management, submitting related reports
