 Ensure the implementation of CMAM activities as defined by the Program Manager in coordination with logistics and Administration departments.
 Ensure Sound Monitoring of the program activities of Field Monitoring Supervisors, Nutrition Assistants, OTP Assistant, and Community Mobilizers & LHWs at field level being partner.
 Ensure that logistic & administrative arrangements are made timely with the concerned departments in collaboration with PNC, & DOH & Administration, responsible for Nutrition Program.
 Support and supervise the development implementation of sustainable health and nutrition promotion program in the targeted communities and health facilities.
 Ensure timely submission of all report from Field & Nutrition Departments respectively to Agency & PNC and District health department.
 Organize monthly meeting with team and attended PNC monthly Group Meetings & Govt Department and report the outcome to the head of the program along with proposed action plan.
 Plan & Arrange trainings to the field staff associated CRPs and LHWs in health and nutrition promotion and communication skills with focus on CMAM-IYCF.
 Oversee all staff for the nutrition project including regular performance evaluation, management, general well-being job descriptions, work schedules, discipline, etc.in co-ordination with PNC &DOH & in accordance with DOH HR policies & guidelines.
 Provide technical support to FMSs, IYCF, OP, SC& SFP team.
 Analyzing nutrition situation and prevailing trends.
 Compiling statistical data and draft appropriate reports on activities by the NIS.

• Develop and implement SUCCESS Programmed trainings programs for The CMST.
• Organize Training as per Training Cycle & Prepare and manage a training budget.
• Prepare reports on training groups, targets and accomplishments
• Coordinate with relevant government managers and project staff to organize the training

• Organize and Conduct workshops/training sessions for Staff TBA’s, Community, & PWs on Save Delivery,Family Planing WF Woman First Project Nutrition Unsecured, New born baby Care, Premature LBW Care, KMC, Breast Feeding, Home based life skills as during pregnancy, during delivery and after delivery. Ensuring integration of the components of the projects within the study Areas.
• Strengthen the capacity of Community & Staff for identifying and prioritizing the issues re: health Education Water sanitation etc. To help them in planning, implementing, monitoring and evaluating action to achieve the communities’ program goals and objectives.
