1)Leaded a team of 4 members (1 Foreman and 3 helpers) on the instructions of Project Director to inspect mechanical houses machinery operation and maintain the record of all turbo machinery bearings thermal and lubrication condition using thermo gun and to make sure turbines don’t trip due to over speeding, over load or low steam pressure.
2) Coordination with managerial staff in utilize the available men power for smooth running of mill.
3) Responsible to coordinate in the operation and maintenance of 3 low pressure, Bagasse fired, Damping Grate, D type, Water tube, 60 ton/h steam generation capacity steam power plants in Chishtia Sugar Mill.
4) Preparation of daily, weekly and monthly progress reports, Technical reports, shutdown reports and maintenance reports to send to higher authorities.

Designed the nozzles for the exhaust system of Al-Khalid Tank to improve the air suction for cooling.
