I started my career as an activist with ECI (a three years Enterprises Activist Program between Plan International and ECI). I enjoyed learning social mobilization, resource mobilization and capacity building of communities to enhance their businesses. Later, have developed skills in capacity development and project management working with various national and international social development organizations. Community mobilization, training and development, human rights, livelihoods development, social & business research and institutional development have been the main areas of my expertise.

Allah AB conducted a training on M&E that I found extremely valuable. He demonstrated a high degree of expertise and his presentation was clear and immediately actionable.
