 Oversee local Procurement and Logistics.

 Prepare & Manage documents for import shipments and process it in ERP software.
Issuing the POs (Purchase Orders) to Local Vendors as per PRFs (Purchase Requisition Forms)

  Managing payments of Vendors/Forwarders with coordination of Finance Manager
  Create GRN after physical checking import shipments in ERP System.
  Dealing with Logistics Companies like TCS, M&P regarding stock dispatches (in some cases)
  Monitoring the stock positions on daily basis by using Paratech (ERP Software)

  Manage inventory level in System according to physical quantity.
  Manage Brandings and activations in stores through company vendors.
  Prepare & maintain spread sheets of procurement costing on monthly basis.

 Completed 2 months internship in Planning & Logistics department of Supply Chain in COCA COLA (CCBPL)Head office Lahore where I worked on a master data of vendors and suppliers.
