Mastoi Muhammad Ismail is a development professional having Masters in Social Science / Sciences and attended various short courses and Trainings. From more than Sixteen (16) years his expertise and competencies are utilized in Development sector. Mr. Mastoi has expertise and experience of Community Development, Management, Research, Training, Capacity Building, Education, Gender Development, Disaster Management, Infrastructure, Emergencies and Disasters, and Livelihood projects. Mr. Mastoi has special interest of program management, coordination, team building and development of organizational and institutional capacities with special focus on monitoring, research and grassroots level institutional formation and development. He has a great experience with the tree plantation drives, raising awareness for the conservation of natural resources and emergency healthcare camps.
Mr. Mastoi has vast experience in developing and conducting training programs on various subjects such as Project Cycle Management, Gender and Development, Monitoring and Evaluation, Social Mobilization, Emergency flood relief management, Organizational Management, Financial Management, Communication skills, CCB Mobilization, Roles and responsibilities of School Management Committees and Conflict Resolution. Mr. Mastoi has provided technical services to SEWS, National Commission for Human Development (NCHD), AASA Conculting Pvt. (Funded by UNDP), Balochistan Environmental and Educational Journey (BEEJ), Balochistan Rural Support Programme (BRSP) and Indus Hospital and Healthcare Netwwork (IHHN). In addition, expertise in conducting organizational appraisals and capacity assessments of NGOs, Mr. Mastoi has also experience in conducting baseline surveys and Repaid Assessments of various development projects and Disasters.
Mr. Mastoi is well conversant with latest computer software, such as Windows, MS Word, MS Access, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, and Internet. Besides he has skills of software installation and troubleshooting. Mr. Mastoi has managed the teams of different backgrounds and diversified expertise and working on managerial positions since last 12 years.
• Program Coordination: Oversee the implementation of the Benazir Nashonuma Program, ensuring alignment with WFP guidelines and the needs of BISP beneficiaries.
• Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with local authorities, community leaders, and BISP representatives to facilitate program outreach and encourage participation.
• Data Management: Coordinate the collection and analysis of data from NSER surveys to identify eligible beneficiaries and track program impact.
• Training and Support: Organize training sessions for local staff on program protocols, data collection methods, and community engagement strategies.
• Monitoring and Evaluation: Develop and implement monitoring tools to evaluate program effectiveness and ensure beneficiaries receive appropriate support.

• Training and Awareness: Organize and conduct training programs to educate relief workers, volunteers, and community members about identifying, preventing, and responding to GBV incidents during flood emergencies.
• Establish Referral Networks: Set up and maintain a robust referral network with healthcare facilities, law enforcement, legal aid organizations, and counseling services to ensure appropriate support for GBV survivors.
• Conduct Assessments: Undertake regular assessments and surveys to identify GBV risks, vulnerabilities, and needs within flood-affected areas, and use this data to inform responsive actions.
• Advocacy and Sensitization: Engage in advocacy efforts to raise awareness about GBV issues, promote gender equality, and advocate for policies that safeguard the rights and protection of vulnerable populations during emergencies.
• Monitor and Evaluate Interventions: Monitor the implementation of GBV response interventions, evaluate their effec-tiveness, and make necessary adjustments to improve the quality of services provided.
• Documentation and Reporting: Ensure accurate and timely documentation of GBV cases, maintain confidentiality, and prepare detailed reports on GBV incidents, response activities, and outcomes to relevant stakeholders.
• Crisis Response Coordination: Coordinate rapid responses to GBV incidents, ensuring that survivors receive immediate medical, psychosocial, and legal assistance in a timely and sensitive manner.
• Community Engagement: Facilitate community dialogues, forums, and awareness campaigns to engage communities in preventing and addressing GBV, fostering a supportive environment for survivors, and challenging harmful social norms contributing to GBV.
