Maintaining Whole Accounts and finance operations including monthly and annual taxation working filing and submission.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Mainly responsible for Annual and Bi-annual Financial reporting to Group Management Banks in USA, Namely wells Fargo and VNB.
Working on Loans, Mortgages with the coordination of Banks.
Calculating and assisting the subordinates on JEs regarding intercompany and Inter-company funds movements and their cash flow implementations.
Have been part of preparation of F/Ss’ of new property (Including all the calculations to Capitalize and expense out the expenses).
Supervision of Payable and Receivables staff and helping them reconcile differences.
Supervision of bank reconciliations and subsequent adjustments in ledgers.
Implement process improvements to increase productivity and accuracy.
Provides accounting entries and reconciliations to the accounting manager (Based in USA).
Analyzing the escrow, lockbox and other operating bank accounts.
Improves financial status by analyzing results, monitoring variances, identifying trends and recommending actions to management.
Perform any task assigned by the MDÂ Vision management.
