Ø  Managing Vendor Relationships to ensure continual service to Service Level Agreements.
Ø  Monitoring system utilization and plan future utilization.
Ø  Maintain reports relating to IT system audit, Asset/Risk register, audit reports, budgeting, costing.
Ø  Assist in planning and implementation of additions, deletions and major modifications to the supporting regional IT Infrastructure

Ø  Administration HP Data protector backup software for backup management, replication and restoration.
Ø  Maintain reports relating to IT system audit, Asset/Risk register, audit reports, budgeting, costing.
Ø  Assist in planning and implementation of additions, deletions and major modifications to the supporting regional IT Infrastructure
Ø   Implementation & management of IT strategies, policies & security procedures for all related areas in the organization Interface with vendors for procurement, SLA’s & maintenance of all Servers, Storage and backup infrastructures
Ø  Design & implement solutions of observations & recommendations mark by internal & external audit.

I was made responsible for the following technical operations:
• Instrumentation & Control Department
• Installation of the New PLCs, DCS and HMI
• Maintenance of the temperature, flow and pressure sensors

• I was given the task of assisting the Chief Aircraft Engineer in the “Base Maintenance 1”.
• Brief knowledge about “Fly by Wire system”, Avionics and different testing processes.
