Responsibilities include as Assistant of Finance Manager:
• Over All administration of concessionaire affairs
• Maintenance of all accounts and keeping records of ledger, cash book etc.
• Supervise daily financial matters of the company
• Financial planning for the upcoming financial needs
• Keeping records of parties having credit terms with the company
• Ensure recovery of receivables and keep proper records
• Liaison with bank in all financial matters
• Maintaining payroll system of the company
• Reconciliation with bank and other parties
• Role of mediator between Unilever and concessioner
Maintain All Re Imbursement Claim (All Expenses Paid On the behalf of UPL) Receivable from Unilever Pakistan (Pvt) Ltd

Administration Operation
• Managing local GOVT issues
• Managing new ice cream innovation
• Managing Staff
• Managing any kind of event happen in premise
