I am a highly capable project management expert with over 18 years of development and humanitarian experience. I have a master's degree in economics and practical experience in development economics. I have hands-on experience in project cycle management, its integral phases, and components, from planning to design, implementation and completion. My core competence as a development analyst lies in the conception, analysis, review, and development of project assignments and their framework conditions, starting with the planning process and its planning characteristics, project management, and design, implementation, monitoring, and evaluation, to achieve high standards of score and performance. I have been involved with development organizations such as the United Nations System, UNDP, UNICEF, WHO, BMGF, and JICA in various roles and operational capabilities in R & D data collection, data management and analysis, governance, WASH, and enhancement projects. Capacity building in youth and women, disaster preparedness and management, health, education and governance, training and training cycle design and implementation.

• Steered efforts towards effective implementation of the fund raising through different schemes in coordination with the District Coordination Officer in order to attain self-sustainability of District Branch.
• Organized fund raising events and meetings with different stakeholders and government line agencies. Identified new ways and means of fund raising and resource mobilization for consistent increase of existing funding base and diversification.
• Designed Concepts notes and proposal for new projects for fund raising and resource mobilization and submit to the different donors through PHQ. Ensured the overall Administration of Pakistan Red Crescent Society assigned to District branch.
• Strategically positioned as security in charge of the District Branch should ensure that all security policies and SOP are to be implemented and any breach of security SOPs should be dealt with as per policy and communicate to PHQ accordingly.

Delivered complete support to TMA's in identifying and mobilizing local communities willing to identify, prioritize, implement and subsequently operate and maintain development projects, particularly WatSan related Rural Water Supply and Sanitation Project, Local Government and Rural Development, Government of NWFP.
Provided operational and programmatic support to carry out demonstration dialogues with the communities also assisted the TMA's in introducing RWSSP, its objectives and approach.
