Administers various human resource plans and procedures for all company personnel, assists in development and implementation of personnel policies and procedures. Assist in preparation of daily attendance of all staff & workers in Time Information System. Maintain personnel records in physical files and digital records in HRMS, Payroll System & in TIS. Create letters for recruitment, experience, certificate, notice & policies etc. Update all records of employee confirmation, renewal of contracts, transfer etc. Prepare Monthly Payroll for all weaving staff & workers. Prepare Monthly Payroll Reports of All Contractual Staff including Housekeeping and others. Responsible to provide EOBI and SESSI contribution summary on monthly basis. Responsible to create list of Addition and Deletion of Employees for Health Insurance. Pursue professional development opportunities, including external and internal training and professional association memberships, and sharing information gained with co-workers.
