He possesses more than 07 years’ extensive professional experience in human rights Education, community mobilization, Social Mobilization, worked on RSP's Structure of CO’s, VO’s, LSO’s, WASH, stunting, DRR, livelihood, project management, planning, monitoring, documentation and research in various organizations of repute and stature in the development sector. OBJECTIVE
To obtain a challenging and rewarding position in public or private sector where I can utilize my knowledge and abilities which I acquired in my educational experience with devotion in my concerned discipline. A self-aggravated and hard working in development and social sector professional having more than Seven year experiences in mobilization and a proficient Master trainer in various Educational sectors on Reading, Coaching, implementing newly learning concepts and skills. Meetings with community Focal persons to explain survey objective.
Collect and record required data form the flood affected community.
Conduct Household interviews in the community regarding emergency context including all sectors FSL, WASH, Nutrition, MHPSS, and DRR.
Provide quality data to the Data field supervisors.
Attend orientation, feedback sessions of every day task.
Highly organized individual, punctual, capable of handling data collection smoothly, meeting deadlines, and managing time effectively.
Manage issues related to the task in field during data collection and report to line supervisor.
Follow confidentiality and security procedures and ensure transparency of data.

Acquire basic training in community mobilization, data collection, assessing potential Women eligible for acquiring NICs currently or within one year.
Identify targeted women by mobilizing communities to obtain NICs with close coordination of local leaders and key informers and facilitate women in NIC registration
Prepare list of women who are eligible or likely to be eligible over about one year attaining the age of NIC registration and coordinate with NADRA /arrange Mobile Van as and when needed.
Keep electronic record with online sharing facility. Share data with WEE authorized personnel to update and process data for NIC registration speedily.
Coordinate with other field workers like LHVs, local teachers, Lady Councillors and local representatives for the purpose of identifying women for NIC registration
Coordinate with Secretary UC to get support for NIC registration under WEE project.
Coordination and collaboration with community health care workers, government teachers and CSOs organizing awareness and community mobilization sessions for NICs registration.
Work in coordination with database, quality assurance and training team(s)
Work in close coordination with DVECs and DEC and NADRA for preparing visit.
Develop linkages among ECP, NADRA, local organizations, local governments and other partners and assist Zonal manager in the process of NIC registration.

To conduct trainings regarding operation and maintenance of water supply and sanitation facilities, Disaster Risk Reduction-DRR, Child Rights, Gender Equity, Environmental Pollution,
Keep close intr-sector coordination through mainstreaming DRR with WASH activities. Mobilize/Sensitize local communities towards project activities.
Coordinate closely with the project teams for timely implementations of WASH interventions.
Undertake field visits & surveys in order to deliver the project i.e. Pre & post Triggering activities

Facilitate in-service professional development activities in the UC/Tehsil/District that include face-to-face trainings, follow-ups and roll out of TIG activities.
Support teachers in implementing newly learned concepts and skills through regular follow-up support visits to schools.
Work in close collaboration with teachers, head teachers and concerned education officer(s) in preparing and implementing school/ union council/ tehsil based reading improvement plans and strategies
Assist District Program Manager in managing administrative and logistic issue for a smooth implementation of program activities in the district.
Assist District Program Manager in developing monthly cash projection against program activities, disbursement
of project beneficiary allowances, district based procurement (as and where needed) and maintaining update financial and compliance records/matters.
Assist District Program Manager in compiling monthly, quarterly and annual progress reports by providing
updated and accurate information from field. In addition, collect and share success stories from the field to highlight impact of the program.
Prepare/partake in detailed weekly/monthly plans including field travels/school visits while adhering to quarterly/annual/LoP work plan targets and indicators.
Ensure proper record keeping of the TIG meetings, follow-up visit, and teacher observation tools and reporting
those to the district office accordingly.
Support teachers in maintaining portfolios with up to the mark quality
Assist the district, provincial and national offices in undertaking monitoring and data collection tasks.
Collect content analytics from tablets
Provide updated contents, and first level support to tablet users about tablet and multimedia content
Compile success stories from the field and undertake case studies to highlight impact of the project.

Rescreen cases preferred by CRP & LHW and ensure that the admission criteria are fulfilled.
Keep close intr-sector coordination through mainstreaming WASH with Nutrition activities.
Mobilize/Sensitize local communities towards project activities.
Summarize the list of absentees/ defaulter of OTP/ SFP beneficiaries and communicate with Outreach supervisors and Lady Health Workers

Prepare Reports on the target areas where field work can be carried out using specific PRA tools for Base line data.
To conduct & undertaking theathre quiz competation sports gala events in schools for health & hygiene , Nutrition promotions.
Ensure that screening for malnutrition is done for all under five years children coming to EPI Program and ensure that the identifies cases are linked to OTP/SFP ,

1. Complete participation in the field activity ensuring completion of daily tasks, punctuality and timeliness.
2. Perform random spot checks as necessary and in consultation with the field supervisor.
3. Edit all completed questionnaires in the field. Editing must be completed prior to leaving the sample area.
4. Conduct regular review sessions with interviewers and advises the ifany problem found in their questionnaires.
5. Puts completed questionnaires from as implemented area (i.e cluster or primary sampling unit (PSU) or enumeration area (EA) in order and packs them up to be sent to the central office.
6. All equipment issued to the team member during field activity will be direct responsibilities of the individual team members

1. Meet with head teacher or in charge head teacher/ First Assistant (FA) of the School
2. Share with him the purpose of visit and give him the RSU/Secretary Education and Literacy Department Government of Sindh letter.
3. Ask test day attendance of class VIII from head teacher.
4. Ask head teacher about the number of class V students, who have come from nearby feeding primary schools to appear in the test.
5. Check with the enrollment of the Class V and VIII mentioned in your files.
6. The test booklets of class V and VIII have been given to you as per the enrollment provided to you by SAT Office.
7. Manage class wise separate test blocks for V & VIII Classes (30 to40 Students per block)
8. Guide students to sit in respective blocks, as per their medium.
9. Ensure the student correctly filling the face sheet of the test booklets.
10. Return the sealed boxes of filled and unfilled test booklets to Taluka District Co-coordinator
Assist in data collection, including household-level assessment verification, distribution and post-distribution monitoring,
Support the overall monitoring of program activities, follow established M&E protocols
Participate in implementing monitoring plans in coverage area
In line with BISP vulnerability guidelines, verify eligibility of beneficiary households

Submit reports on distribution/activities monitoring result, challenges faced and lessons learned

1. Supervision of Data Collection Teams along with assigning of task and planning.
2. Formulation of Subordinated data collection team with small number of members

4. Daily reporting to coordinator for progress of work.
5. Planning to collect data furnishing of homes list to be surveyed to team guiding them to the way to said homes with the help of map.
6. Join with data collection team and evaluate the effectiveness of interviewing and sending daily evolution report of performance to coordinator.
