ATCO Laboratories Limited is one of the pioneers in Pakistan 's pharmaceutical industry sector, and has been serving the country's healthcare system over the last four decades. Being the part of ATCO Project Management Unit my responsibilities includes:
Main Responsibilities:
1.  Schedule Management.
2.  Risk Management.
3.  Coordination with Client, Consultants/ Architects and Contractor.
4.  Contributing to the planning and development of projects.
5.  Resolving site and technical issues.
6.  Cost Management and Budgeting. 
7.  Performing administrative tasks such as preparing invoices, estimates, scheduling meetings, etc. 
8.  Verification of contractor Payment Certificates.
9.  Completing any tasks assigned by the Project Manager in an efficient and timely manner.

Summary
Army Housing directorate is responsible for the construction/ maintenance of Residential & Commercial Units for the retired army personnel. Housing acts as a Client, Consultant and sometimes a contractor as well. As a coordination Engineer my responsibilities are listed below:
Main Responsibilities:
1.    Project Planning/ Monitoring.
2.    Project Estimation.
3.    Development of QC Protocols for faster execution of projects.
4.    Project coordination with contractor/ consultant and conflict resolution.
5.    Verifying all the submitted Running Account Bills by the Contractors.
6.    Managing a team of 12 supervisors and 4 Engineers working under my command.
7.    Reporting and consultation of problems in designs with design section at GHQ.
8.    Directly reports to Deputy Assistant Director (Works -II).
Achievements:
*Successfully lead 2 DG Visits (Major General) and 1 AG visit (Lieutenant General). Was also awarded with employee of the month award from ADH (Assistant Directorate Housing).

Osmani & Company Private Limited (OCL) is one of the oldest, largest and most reputed consultancy organizations of Pakistan. Established in 1960 at Karachi, OCL has provided services to over 4000 satisfied customer in Pakistan and abroad. Being a part of such reputable organizations my responsibilities includes:
Main Responsibilities:
1.   Supervision, Inspection and Reporting of Water Conveyance and Infrastructural Structures i.e. OPEN CANAL, CULVERTS, RCC CONDUIT SYPHONES, MS SIPHONS (DIA 2134 mm).
2.   Review submitted Shop Drawings against contract drawings and    specifications.
3.   Checking and Preparation of Bar Bending Schedule and detailing of reinforcement.
4.   Preparation of monthly and daily progress reports and graphs.
5.   Manage the day-to-day site issues related to Progress, Quality & Cost.
6.    Check and ensure effective co-ordination between disciplines related works and all other disciplines.
Achievements:
*Was awarded with cash prize of Rs 5000 from PD KW&SB.

Worked as a Site Engineer for a contacting company. Supervised the construction of G+9 Buildings. Development of Bar Bending Schedule, Concrete Mix design, Formwork design and cost estimate.
