 Responsible for Planning & execution projects by coordinating/managing design, engineering, 
project Planning & scheduling, monitoring, construction and commissioning activities.
 Maintenance planning to reduce downturn & optimizing plant availability; Root cause analysis 
of breakdowns, trips & equipment failure; Modification & engineering of Plant Systems for 
betterment.
 Understanding of Project Documents and Manage all type of Correspondence Such As Letters, 
Variations, Payments, RFI’s ….Etc. Create And Maintain Comprehensive Project 
Documentation.
 Coordinate in Preparing of BOQ, Quotation, contract documents, subcontract agreement & 
Proposal.
 Expertise in Designing, installing, testing, commissioning & maintenance of electrical 
equipment, BMS system, fire alarm systems, CCTV Cameras, telecom & intercom.
 Develop, review, update, modify, and approve electrical design plans and work schedules.
 Establish relationships with clients, vendors, suppliers, other professionals, and expand 
networks.
 Maintain and improve existing engineering processes, ensuring a safe, positive work 
environment.
 Participate in conferences, events, and networking and learning opportunities.
 Draw up budgets, schedules, company regulations, and various other documents.
 Analyze existing processes and scheduling meetings to discuss improvement initiatives.
 Excellent communication and project management skills, High ability to conduct good working 
relationships with contractors, supplier, clients and other departments.

Planning and Organizing Implements and enforces work rules Inspects field work to evaluate construction progress, efficiency of operation and cost control. Responsible for overall project workmanship and goal attainment
Oversees the daily construction activities at work site, including scheduling of workers, delivery of equipment and materials, and progress of the project Responsible for work procedures, scheduling, cost control, project specification conformity, establishment of manpower levels, monitoring and implementation of safety programs, project conformance to national, local and/or company building codes and the maintenance of accurate records.
