*Supervise the operation and maintenance department activities to make sure all equipment’s water pump, Chiller system, AHU & FCU, performing properly to avoid breakdown.
*Monitoring on BMS and control Water Valve position, Supply Air Temperature, Return Air Temperature, AHU, FCU Control status & Power on status.
*Daily perform work order plan PM (Preventive Maintenance) to checked controller of AHU, FCU, Actuators, Supply & Return temperature sensor.
*CM (Corrective Maintenance) to identify, isolates, and rectify faults so that failed equipment’s, machine, or systems restored to operational condition.
*Worked with company’s vendors and supervised subcontractors during various maintenance projects to ensure proper completion of work performed at customers’ facilities.
*Assigned personnel and technical support teams to sites requiring 24/7 maintenance.
*ISO documentation, quality circle formation for detecting problems and solving them from employees.
*Conducting safety audits within the department and ensuring the compliance from all the employees and updating the checklists and audit reports.

Any of the authorized service center/customer having problem Provide first level Phone/E-mail and analyze problem, answer questions and provide technical support.

Prepare monthly report of technical queries and service related queries and warranty Claim from ASDs, customer and dealer.

Monitoring TAT, KPI analyze of each ASD on daily bases.

Maintain long term customer relationship to the highest level.

Provide regular updates and on policy issues and assist in training material manuals.

Resolve Customer warranty / guarantee issues with service dealer and monitor warranty claim the whole database of Pakistan.

To perform the inspection of PCB solder defect and Components, materials assembly build error, specifications and correct.

To keeping record all detected defect and error on the quality database sheet and prepare report.

Monitoring TAT of production and analyze on daily bases.

Participate in technical sales strategic and planning meetings.
