Major Responsibilities:
Project planning and implementation:
· Team up with the Govt/ Support Teachers and arranges and provide effective, innovative, and build technical support in education & protection (gender, child protection, disability).
· Conduct regular visits to Accelerated Learning Programs and coordinate with Govt schools for supporting the Teachers/ facilitators in lesson planning, student assessment, and classroom management.
· Ensure the timely and smooth transition of ALPs students into Govt schools.
· Built links and work closely with District Education Department to improve the reading components in schools and ALPs.
· To encourage and stimulate full participation of all community members; with special attention to those who are usually un-adapted, un-accessed, marginalized, and overlooked in the community decision-making process.

The programme aim was long-term positive change in the Society through Education (ALP Centres) Accelerated Learning Programs, especially for Afghan refugees’ families -affected from war.
The programme was commenced in Nov- 2019 for a 3years’ duration and working in two of the districts where large number of refugees were migrated since Afghan war. It comprises 3major output areas.
· Work with the District Government and other stakeholders to develop plans for activities under each component, and to open ALP centres in different refugees’ villages in far-flung areas.
· Lead the district-level team and ensure a coordinated approach to all components in the district and coordination and networking meeting with similar working organization, sharing of ideas and cope-up strategy to resolve issues or problems.
· Analysis of, and interventions to address, facilitating centres with Teacher and learning gears from Nun-formal Education and Symbols / colours painting centres bookstand other recreational activities.
· Participate in program review meetings.
· Support and provide capacity building to Government at district and local level in detailed training and through supportive teachers in new enrolments catchment areas.
· Designing and managing Challenges transit walk to leave no-one behind in the area, effort and promote transformational change for women, girlsand disables.
· CRC Child Right Convention 1989 focus on basic right of children and prevention, safeguarding, developing referral mechanism for identified vulnerable cases/issues to the relevant departments and general concepts of social development.
Major Responsibilities
· Assist in all CBT related field work, including community mobilization, beneficiary identification/registration, distributions, and monitoring.
· Assist in the E-Voucher redemption procedures, including documentation, approval and actual payment/voucher distribution/redemption.
· Assist in maintaining all documentations relating directly to CBT activities required to ensure accountability to TF and donors, particularly where labour is concerned.
· Assist in administrative matters relating directly to CBT activities: time-sheets, payment schedules, required paper-work and liaison with finance department.
· Assist in administrative matters relating directly to cash transfer activities including reconciliation with financial service provider following distributions.
· Work with the District Coordinator to prepare monthly cash requirement forecast for CBT activities.
· Develop a database for the Livelihood/Cash for work activities.
· Field visit for monitoring the implementation and cash disbursement, report back on the findings to district coordinator and management and give the recommendation for further strengthening of the program.
· Follow-up with database team for generation of beneficiary data for payment and process payment for beneficiaries after completion of each work as per technical team endorsement.
· Develop and share the monthly cash forecast with finance to maintain sufficient payment processing and follow up with finance for cash arrangement as per monthly cash forecast and payment release.
· Follow up with financial service provider for report and issues related to disbursement process the services charges of the financial service provider as per agreement.
· Develop monitoring report, updates, fact sheet and other report as per requirement.
· Maintain all cash disbursement record in hard and soft.
· Establish process /SYSTMEN that capture the information essential to ensure best possible report of financial.

· Inserting organization data by inputting text based and numerical information from source documents within time limits.
· Compile verify accuracy and sort information according to priorities to prepare source data for computer entry.

The Social Organizer plays an important role in developing, assessing and changing social policy as it relates to specific groups. It is an influential role, and it is one that requires excellent communication skills, a passion for helping others and outstanding persuasive and leadership abilities.
