I'm an ACCA Affiliate and I am working as Senior Executive in Internal Audit Department of Agha Steel Industries since May 2016. Prior to this, I have Eight months work experience of Finance Department of Pakistan Civil Aviation Authority where I had worked as Management Trainee Officer.
In addition to my work experience, I have strong analytical skills and comprehensive communication abilities, and I am seeking the opportunity to consolidate my academic skills and professional capabilities within a large corporate environment.

Senior Executive Internal Audit
Responsible for performing an efficient and professional audit work to add value and improve operations by bringing a systematic and disciplined approach to the effectiveness of risk management, control, and governance processes.
Duties:
• Examine the current financial and operational information flows and bring improvement in line with needs of the business.
• Review current financial and internal control framework / system and bring improvement as per latest standards and practices.
• Develop and formulate internal audit plan to cover each operational area including financial reporting at least once in every year.
• Carry out special audits / investigations on specific areas to cover fraud risk. Liaise with divisional internal audit teams to carry out review of divisional internal audit reports.
• Review and streamline internal SOPs of every operational area with close interaction with departmental heads.
• Prepare and design follow up and implementation plans to resolve internal audit findings. Any other duties as are within the scope, spirit and purpose of the job as highlighted by higher management.
• Work alongside Finance & Admin Officer to effectively manage all financial operations by ensuring that all transactions and files are complete, any internal control issues that arise are addressed, accounts are up-to-date and accurate
Management Trainee Officer
• To plan & conduct physical and documentation audit of all Bills, audit of employees attendance & payroll and ensure that all activities are in accordance with the laid down policies, procedures and standards.
• Execute audit and other related assignments as directed by HOD.
• Gather adequate, reliable, related and useful evidence to authenticate audit findings and to maintain the evidence as record.
• Prepare audit report of respective audit assignment.
• Identify risk while analyzing the information and communicate to the audit the nature of risk associate with the transactions.
• Identify and highlight processes and controls that warrant auditing
• Preparation of Payment vouchers, Receipt vouchers & Journal vouchers on ERP Oracle regarding Final payment.
• Processing the cases of Final payments (GP Fund), of retired & expired employees on ERP Oracle.
• To maintain interest record of each GP Fund account.
• Update sub accounts on ERP System.
• To record and prepare Final payments of GP Fund of retired & expired employees.
