Mechanical Engineer (Internship)
Responsible for planning and design in the areas of mechanical, electrical, and
plumbing (MEP) systems including developing polices, standards, inspection
procedures, and evaluation tools for MEP, Also deal with deal with HVAC calculation
and installation of Central Air-Conditioning system and maintenance of Air-conditioning
unit. Make record and progress sheet of all running projects.
Production Coordinator
Manage and assign the Production process to worker, Implementation of Lean
Production System, Time Study of Articles and Set Production Targets, Layout
Setups and Line Balancing, Implementation of Quality Control Methods,
Development of New Samples, Maintains inventory of materials and parts
needed to complete production. Manage all production order list and make
record list.
Internship (Assistant Engineer)
Working as assistant engineer with maintenance team. Making inspection for
chillers and checking all the systems. Making check list report for all equipment
like AHU’s, Chillers, Pumps, and dosing units. Cleaning / changing and repairing
the AHU filters and primary and secondary pumps in case of damage. Giving the
report to Project engineer on daily basis. Communicate with parts supplier for
required material. Arranging the quotations for comparison sheets. Arranging all
the documents related to equipment.
