• Answer all incoming calls and redirect them or keep messages
• Receive letters, packages etc. and distribute them
• Prepare outgoing mail by drafting correspondence, securing parcels etc.
• Keep updated records and files
• Monitor office expenses and costs
• Take up other duties as assigned (travel arrangements, schedules etc.
• Pro-actively handling Accounts payable and Learning about Accounts management.
• Preparing sale statement, bank reconciliation and write reports
• Effectively developing periodic reports for management; keeping information confidential and securing them with database backups.
• Note*: The appointment was held in HR Department but Relocation had been in Accounts Department.
• Formulate the office documentation,
• Post Vouchers and report to the manager.
