Resolving leaves and attendance related issues of employees.
Changes and updating in SAP HCM
Preparing attendance and absence data for the Full and Final as per the requirements.
To Execute actions for the subordinates in SAP HCM like: Hiring, Confirmation, Increment, Transfer, Leaving)
Create & Update company’s workflow charts, organograms.
To be generate PR in SAP HCM and process.
HR operation & all type of letters like Appointment letter, Confirmation, Resignation, Experience etc
