Planning, execution and finalization of Audit and Advisory engagements.


Obtain understanding of client systems, processes and reporting software.


Identify control gaps in processes, procedures, and systems through research and assessment and suggest
methods of improvement.


Managing tax audits and appeals.


Managing monthly Sales and Income tax compliance process and reconciliation with accounting system.


Managing exemption certificate collection, retention and validation process.


Review sales contracts and procurement contracts identify sales tax issues and recommend solutions. Work with tax professionals of customers/vendors when needed.


Modify existing or implement new policies, procedures, and controls to ensure compliance with tax laws and achieve smooth business operation at the same time


Responsible for tax planning with respect to various tax credits and Input tax management system.


Oversee the monthly tax compliance process which includes reviewing the tax returns for accuracy and ensuring


Client pays the appropriate tax to each of the taxing jurisdictions.


Engage with internal and external business partners to answer tax inquiries and assist the company in providing
accurate tax advice.
