I acquired Project Management Professional Certification (PMP) in 2017, from Project Management Institute (PMI), USA.
I was Deputy Chief of Party for three USAID Projects at the Khushhali Micro Finance Bank for 7 years, for which most of the external audit (KPMG Fergusons) reports did not even have a single material non-compliance, let alone a financial penalty. I was also a Project Manager simultaneously for a Bill and Melinda Gates Foundation Project, implementation and Coordination Specialist for a US150 million World Bank Project at the Urban Unit, Deputy Project Coordinator at the HEC on the project the University of Central Asia and Pakistan (UCAP), a PKR 2.8 billion, Public Sector Development Programme (PSDP).
I coordinated with the President, top management of their respective departments at Khushhali Microfinance Bank, which requires tactful strategy work. I also coordinated with the senior staff of USAID, Head of Shore Bank International, Head of the Urban Unit, senior staff of all departments of the World Bank, Commissioners Office, District Coordination Officer, and other staff of City District Government, Rawalpindi.
