• Advising the Chairman and other key members of senior management on financial planning and policy matters.

• Establishing and monitor staff performance and development goals, assigning accountabilities, setting objectives,
establishing priorities, conducting annual performance appraisals, and administering salary adjustments.
• Upgrading and implementing an appropriate system of policies, internal controls, accounting standards, and
procedures.
• Improving administrative and operational accounting services such as, grants payment processing, payroll,
accounts payable, and purchasing.
HR Responsibilities included:
• A member of top management team planning for the upcoming HR requirements of the facility
• Supervising the management of CV Data bank according to the categories
• Assisting / coordinating the CEO during interviews of candidates
• Conducting new employee orientation programs
• Training and developing subordinates in all departments for succession planning
• Managing proper records of 150 employees i.e. induction, increment & pay increase statement, warning,
performance appraisals, leave, job descriptions, training records, resignation, exit interviews, clearance forms &
experience letters
• Arranging doctors, nurse and other administrative staff’s work schedules, approval of their annual leaves and travel
for outreach programs without affecting hospital schedules
• Managing Employees’ Benefit Schemes including Provident Fund, Medical Benefit, EOBI and Social Security
Administrative responsibilities included:
• Administering operation-related services of all areas of activities in Hospital including medical, nursing, finance &
billing, customer services and security
• Functioning as a member of the Medical Organization Planning Team and responsible for the overall long and short
rage planning of activities
• Delivering cost effective administration services through design and implementation of process improvements,
effective purchasing, inventory management and optimal resource utilization
• Conducting daily general inspections in the in-patient and out-patient clinics to ensure that facilities are working
well and environment is in harmonious order
• Part of Quality Management System (QMS) Team and supervising the implementation of ISO and PHC standards
