General Administration:
• Dealing & Correspondence with different govt. Deptt regarding law & order situation, cleanliness & various administrative matters.
• Making employees card of new inducted & renew all employees cards on annual basis.
• Arrange / facilitate indoor & outdoor training for employees.
• Arrangement of visits of company officials, corporate delegations & students etc.
• Issuance notice to Notify the gazette holidays as announced by the govt.
• Dealing day to day administrative issues related to the employees
• Preparation various reports / data on computer and keep all admin record.
Company Employees Transport:
• Monitoring transport arrival timing, vehicles arrival time insert in system & report generate for record purpose.
• Deal day to day transport matters and arrange meeting with vehicles monitors & drivers whenever necessary.
• Monthly inspection of vehicles & report submit to the management.
• Checking of employees transport reimbursement claim, recording in system and ensure timely payment of claim.
House Keeping:
• Dealing with contractor & his supervisors for checking daily work assigned & progress.
• Janitorial staff attendance verification & checking of monthly Bills.
• Arrange janitorial service for special events. i.e Foreigners delegations, Officials Visits.
Employees Mess:
• Daily visit to Mess for checking work progress & hygienic condition of canteen.
• Weekly inspection of Mess, report preparation & submission to the management
• Ensure implementation on menu on daily basis and checking quality of grocery & meal.
ISO Certification:
• Ensure compliance of ISO documentation in department.
• Assist to ISO auditors during audit.
• Make arrangement/ facilitate during external audits.
