• Coordinate distribution of inputs to communities
• Monitor the activities carried out by the CO members to ensure there are no major deviations from the plan and to take corrective actions wherever required.
• Organize group capacity building trainings to transfer required skills to the COs
• Provide information to the government authorities, institutions and other local entities involved in the activities of the project
• Maintain excellent working relationship with communities
• Prepare monthly and quarterly progress reports for the community organizations and Social Organization Unit.
