Receive and inspect oil & Lubricant material regarding their quality and quantity.Perform preventative maintenance on the fuel handling and storage area.Maintain stock level in the storage area, including the receipt, handling and storage of fuel in a safe and efficient manner.Prepare and Post daily fuel consumption report in ERP system.Handling of fuel issuance at a large number of shops, vehicles, generators and residencies making close coordination with concern departments.Make sure of safety procedure, sampling, process of material rejection.Maintain a safe and clean environment all the time.Manage duties and leaves of dept staff.

Maintain physical stock of warehouses by planning and implementing new design layouts, inspecting equipments, issue work orders for repair and requisition for replacement.Receive deliveries, sort and distribute incoming and outgoing materials to concern departments.Perform high-volume Data entry using word processing, spreadsheet, database,or other computer softwares.Prepare inward and outward gate passes.Update receiving and issuance of stock in system.Preparation of warehouse stock inventory and material purchase details.Prepare detailed reports on inventory operation, stock level and adjustments.
